Ingredients

• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
• ¼ cup melted dark chocolate (for drizzling)
• ¼ cup caramel sauce
• ¼ cup crushed cookies (graham crackers or digestive biscuits)
• ¼ cup chopped chocolate pieces (milk or dark chocolate)
• 2 large biscuit pieces for garnish
• Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

• Drizzle melted dark chocolate inside the serving bowl and let it set slightly for a decorative effect.
• Add 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the bowl.
• Drizzle caramel sauce over the ice cream.
• Sprinkle crushed cookies and chopped chocolate pieces on top.
• Insert two large biscuit pieces for crunch.
• Optionally, top with whipped cream and more chocolate drizzle.
