  • 3. Toast the bread:
  • Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
  • 4. Assemble:
  • Spread mashed avocado on toast.
  • Slice or halve the boiled eggs and place on top.
  • Sprinkle with chili flakes and optional herbs.
